HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES
College, Career, and Life Coaching Services
LIVECTA works as a partner in the lives of individuals on the spectrum and their families. We take a team-based approach in helping individuals to identify, establish, and achieve their goals. By working with an advisor and community mentor, individuals work toward obtaining the tools, skills, and resources needed to be successful at work, school, home, and the community.
HOW IT WORKS
Potential participants and their families meet with an advisor for an initial consultation. The application, in-house assessments, and ensuing discussion are then used to determine a service plan and necessary level of support. Advisors are like case managers in that they work with the individuals to identify, monitor, and evaluate their goals while community mentors provide the bulk of instruction, helping them to overcome barriers and ultimately see their goals to fruition. Specialized instructors are also available to help with academic management or career counseling.
Service levels are determined by individual goals, assessments, and the anticipated outcome that aligns most with the participant’s and their family’s vision of the future. Whether an individual needs limited services to help in certain areas of their lives or comprehensive life coaching, LIVECTA has flexible services to meet the desired level of support.
