DIR/Floortime: A Developmental/Relational Play Therapy Model of Intervention for Children Impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Processing Challenges

WHAT IS AEC?

Now in it's 13th year, AEC brings dynamic speakers with fresh perspectives, valuable insights, and practical strategies on autism education to Eastern Connecticut. Therapists, educators, parents, related service providers, and anyone interested in learning more about this field are invited to attend.

With a brand new format that provides multiple presentations covering a range of topics, speakers from all over the country who are leading experts in their field, and a happy hour sponsored by Liberty Bank at the end of the day to network with speakers, exhibitors, and other conference attendees, you won't want to miss AEC 2019!

LEARN

Learn from respected speakers in the autism field and take back practical approaches to developing effective educational programming. Every presentation will deliver cutting edge information directly relevant to you.

CONNECT

Interact with other families, educators, and therapists throughout the day and during our designated networking hour. Exhibitors from related services will also be available to network with and answer any questions you may have.

ENGAGE

Be a part of making a brighter future for every child that you interact with - whether it be students, clients or your own children. AEC is your chance to come together with others who are just as passionate about this field as you
